For all you last-minute lovers out there: I’ve got you covered. Italian night in? Check. On a diet but still want something fancy? Double check. I’ve got 18 easy yet impressive Valentines Day recipes EVERYONE will like!
Cooking on Valentines Day isn’t always plan A, but it doesn’t have to ruin anything! Last year, Taylor made reservations at a restaurant a couple miles away. Without traffic, it probably would have taken us 15 minutes to get there. Oh, but we live in Atlanta. An hour and a half into our drive there, we hadn’t even made it to a main road. Traffic was INSANE. We decided to turn around and see what we could make at home. Were we a little bummed out? Yes. Do I regret being bummed out? YES! Our meal ended up being sooooo good and who wouldn’t rather drink wine on their couch in sweatpants anyway 🙂
If cooking at home for Valentines day IS plan A- WOO! And if it’s not? Don’t worry. Check out these easy, delicious, feels-fancy-but-really-it-was-no-sweat recipes that will be way better than any prix-fixe menu at a crowded restaurant.
