What? Yep. Crazy, right? Well, when you taste this heavenly salad gift you’ll understand. Just look at the crumpled, dirty page of this poor recipe. You know it’s good.
The spice rub on the chicken is to die for, and the homemade honey mustard ranch dressing? THANK YOU CHRISSY TEIGEN FOR THIS MIRACLE RECIPE. Even the first line of the recipe is, “I know this salad is good because it gets me more Instagram likes than my boobs”. That good.
So, over the past 374 times I’ve made this, we’ve tweaked it slightly to our likes and needs. For example, we like to grill the chicken and grill fresh corn on the cob, (that’s also one less this I need to do; the grilling is all Taylor!) I also double the seasoning mix because it’s amazing, and nix the egg. I HATE eggs. Otherwise, we’ll occasionally add some parmesan cheese or throw in other veggies, (like this recipe here) but have found that sticking to the recipe as close as possible always yields the most delicious results.
You’ve all GOT to try this one, and the other amazing recipes in Chrissy’s cookbook, Cravings. Plus, she’s working on a second cookbook! Praise be.
