Modern Technology Must-Haves

$129. FitBit! This one is slim and dainty in a cute color, (and the one I have).

$199. Powerbeats3 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. I never knew I needed these until I got them; now I can’t imagine life without them. So comfy, long lasting charge, no tangles, no cord. Hallelujah!

$129. Beats Pill Wireless Bluetooth Speaker. It’s pink, it’s portable, what more could you ask for?

$300. Apple Watch. Because these crazy Inspector Gadget things are actually catching on.

$89. Amazon Fire TV. The ultimate millennial must-have for streaming Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. Personally, I like this better than the Apple TV, and it’s a little cheaper.

The Bookworm

My favorite section.

$16. The Girls. One of my favorite books I read this year. This book takes place in 1960s California where it follows a fictional 14-year old girl who gets lured into Charles Manson’s cult following. I couldn’t put this one down.

$16. Sweetbitter. Oh, this book was absolutely everything to me. Beautiful to read, like poetry, but about a 21-year old girl fresh out of college trying to make her way through NYC’s restaurant scene. Lot’s of food, drinking, drugs, and love triangles. So raw. So amazing. Anyone going through a quarter-life-crisis will love this.

$10. The Kind Worth Killing. Another one I read in one sitting. Absolutely sucks you in. A twisty mystery at it’s finest.  Lot’s of juicy moral questions like, are you a bad person if you kill the bad guys? Is there a “kind worth killing”?

$10. The Good Girl.  You won’t be able to put it down until the final twist slaps you across the face.

$9. The Queen of the Tearling. Fantasy girl power at it’s finest, I’m IN LOVE with this story. And if I can’t convince you, Emma Watson, (the girl that plays Hermione in Harry Potter) became so obsessed with this series she is producing the movies and starring in all of them. Read this before the movies come out- you won’t regret it!

$18. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The newest Harry Potter book doesn’t disappoint. Any 20 something that grew up with this franchise will love the latest book about Harry’s son at Hogwarts.

$99. Kindle Paperwhite. Ebooks galore with no more screen glare!

$14.95/mo. Audible Monthly Membership. Unlimited audio books!

Food & Wine

$120. Instant Pot! 7-in-1 everything cooker. This thing is a slow cooker, a pressure cooker, a sauté pan, a rice cooker, a steamer, a yogurt maker, and a warming oven. Every 20 something learning to cook needs one. These things are sweeping the nation.

$20. S’well Water Bottle. Insulates for hot or cold beverages. Slim for female hands. And this is the cutest pattern in my opinion, (and the one I have!)

$13. Wine Aerator Pourer. I’m obsessed with this thing. You pop it on the top of any wine bottle, and it makes the cheap $8 bottle taste like a $50 bottle. WIN.

$279. KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer. They make a mini one now! Perfect for just-starting-out cooks, and there are endless options for attachments: mixers, pasta makers, spiralizers, etc.

$13. Plastic Bento Boxes. Perfect for healthy work lunches and leftovers. Plus, since when can you describe tupperware as “cute”? It’s a great time to be alive.

$155. Ninja Single-Serve Coffee Bar. COFFEE GOALS! Majorly drooling over this new invention.

$18. Unbreakable silicone stemless wine glasses. UNBREAKABLE AND SQUISHY? Sign me up.

$49.95/mo. Wine Awesomeness Subscription. A monthly delivery service of 3 amazing new wines with recipe pairings. It’s Christmas every month when this baby arrives on my doorstep. Such a fun treat.

$18. Cravings. Probably one of the funniest & most delicious cookbooks I’ve ever read. I’m completely obsessed.

$18.  The Pioneer Woman Cooks. My first and most favorite cookbook. Her step-by-step pictures and simple recipes literally TEACH you how to cook. Plus you get the fun story of Ree, a former vegetarian California girl who accidentally became a country girl by marrying a cattle rancher in Oklahoma. You’ll fall in love.

The Girly Girl

$55. Kendra Scott Earrings. My favorite, go-to, shiny, fancy, pretty, gold earrings. Goes with everything. Gotta have ’em.

$50. Kendra Scott Black Pendant Necklace. The perfect, goes-with-everything black choker. Taylor Swift has one. Enough said.

$70. Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palette. Every girl I know is completely obsessed with these eyeshadow palettes. They are the royalty of makeup.

$72. YSL Black Opium Perfume.  This is what I wear, and it’s absolutely intoxicating. It’s vanilla’s sexy, musty twin.  I get compliments on it all the time.

$10. Big Sexy Dry Shampoo. 20 somethings are the queens of the second, (or third) day hair style. Dry shampoo is a way of life, and this is hands down the best I’ve ever used. It doesn’t make your hair white, the smell is to-die-for, and it gives lots of volume and texture.

$188. Cashmere Burberry Scarf. The classic cashmere scarf in a famous print in the ultimate winter color. My favorite scarf I own. Period.

The Girl Boss

$29. 2017 Day Designer. The holy grail of planners.

$209. Kate Spade Taupe Tote. Perfect goes-with-everything work/laptop/everything you own bag.

$395. Tory Burch Wrap Watch. So pretty and dainty. Drooling.
