Beets and Berries Detox Smoothie

Serves: 1 smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • 1 beet, cooked, (I buy pre-cooked beets at the store, but a scrubbed, diced raw beet would work too)
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more if needed
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp. flavorless protein powder
  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if it's too thick to blend.
