Beets and Berries Detox Smoothie

Serves: 1 smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 beet, cooked, (I buy pre-cooked beets at the store, but a scrubbed, diced raw beet would work too)
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- 6 frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more if needed
- Optional: 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- Optional: 2 Tbsp. flavorless protein powder
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if it's too thick to blend.
