Ingredients
  • ½ banana (preferably frozen)
  • ½ cup kale or spinach
  • ½ zucchini, peeled and chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Add everything to a blender, and blend on the highest speed for at least 20 seconds until completely smooth.
