Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed
  • 1 tsp. pure matcha powder
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides (or other unflavored protein powder)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Add everything to a blender with a few ice cubes and blend on high for 15 seconds until smooth.
